My name is Jaiganesh. I am working as a Software Engineer in a MNC located in Coimbatore. I am 28 years old. I noticed twisting of my right knee while running or playing games. I noticed similar disturbance at my left shoulder also. The MRI of my Right Knee and Left Shoulder showed tear of ligaments at both the places. I was not able to rotate my left arm due to pain. The Right Knee was operated upon. The Left Shoulder was to be operated after six months.
But I had many other problems like –
1.Palpitation in the morning hours
2.Continuous and negative thought formations
3.Difficulties in communicating with others including my mother
4.Difficulties in forming words to complete sentences during conversation
5.Complete body tightness, headache, tightness inside the brain
6.Loss of appetite and vomiting sensation
7.Hyper-acidity, Gas formation inside the abdomen, and Burning sensation at mid-chest
8.Pain on the cheeks while talking to others or even while laughing
9.Pain all over the body
10.Bad and fearful dreams
The above problems affected the quality of my life at home, office and in the friends’ circle. I was in a desperate state. The surgery on the right leg had only marginal effect. I anticipated the ligament problems to occur on other body joints also necessitating frequent surgeries.
From my sister, I had heard about Mrs. Angela, a staff nurse, who got cured for her ‘slipped discs’ from Sri Mookambika Yogacure Centre, Bangalore. I contacted the Yoga Centre over telephone and requested Madam to give me treatment. I obtained a temporary transfer from my company to its Bangalore Office and was in Bangalore for about 2 ½ months for availing the treatment.
The treatment started on 29.9.2008. My problems were very severe. I was given Treatment sessions, everyday, for a few weeks. Till December 15, 2008, I stayed in Bangalore and after that made short trips of 4 or 5 days to Bangalore to avail of the treatment.
After the Yoga Treatment at Sri Mookambika Yogacure Centre I got over all the problems listed above. The left shoulder has become fine. My mind has become calm. I get beautiful dreams though Sir says this should also stop. I am able to talk to people confidently. At the work place I am being recognised. I have received high ranking in performance despite my leave of absence for attending Yoga treatment at Bangalore. I feel, I can write a book on the benefits I received. The treatment did not end at merely curing my health problems. It opened up my hidden talents and capabilities. This is a new lease of life to me. And in this new life, my parents are Mrs. Chandran and Mr. M.A.Chandran, the Yoga Specialists. I am deeply indebted to them. I wish them all opportunities to serve the humanity.
