My name is Senthil Raj. I am 40 years of age. I am a resident of Akashnagar, Bangalore 560016. I am working as Asst. Executive Engineer in Tamilnadu Electricity Board at Hosur (T.N.).
I had been suffering from the following health problems -
1. SINUSITIS associated with BONE GROWTH in the left nose. So far underwent 3 surgeries, the first surgery being in the year 2002. I was managing with the nose block using nasal drops.
2. SKIN ALLERGY – Formation of rashes and codes in the body during evenings. Managing the intensity of the problems with anti-allergic tablets.
3. HEADACHE – After walking in the sun, headache and sinus problems
4. GASTRIC PROBLEMS
5. BACK PAIN
6. PAIN IN THE LEGS particularly at the knees and calf muscles after standing for long hours.
7. EXHAUSTION AND LACK OF CONCENTRATION
8. BODY STIFFNESS
9. PAIN IN THE LEFT HEEL
I took Yoga treatment at Sri Mookambika Yoga Cure Center, Bangalore 560016 during the period 10.4.09 to 3.8.09 (4 Courses – in all 40 individual sessions; 3 sessions in a week on alternative days).
In the beginning, I could not perform the simple Yoga exercises due to pain and lack of flexibility in the joints. I was determined to work hard and produce the results.
Through various breathing exercises the block in the left nose has gone fully. Both the nostrils are clear now and I do not need Nasal drops. Similarly, all my health problems like Headache, Sinusitis, Skin Allergy, Back Pain, Gastric problems, Tiredness, Pain in the left heel, Body stiffness etc have been cured. I am not taking any medicines now. I continue to practice Yoga regularly which gives not only a disease-free life but gives confidence, peace of mind, concentration, a sense of good health, and full of happiness.
I am thankful to the Yoga Therapists, Mrs. and Mr. M.A. Chandran, for all the troubles they have taken to make my body flexible and for curing all my health problems.
